Gruene Texas Lodging where breakfast is generally served in the log house dining room, buffet-style. However, mid-week, breakfast may be provided for our guests in their suites or cottages, which they may reheat at their leisure, providing them the opportunity to sleep in later. Breakfast will consist of at least one hot entrée; fresh fruit in season; homemade breads, rolls, or biscuits; juice; coffee service; cold cereals and milk.

For those guests who can play the organ, we have a beautiful antique converted pump organ.
