We are so happy that you decided to have your vacation with us. We will attempt to make your stay enjoyable, and to this end, we have a few housekeeping rules.

            ESTAMOS MUY FELICES QUE HAYA DECIDIDO COMPARTIR SUS VACACIONES CON NOSOTROS.  TRATAREMOS DE HACER SU ESTANCIA PLACENTERA. A CONTINUACIÓN TENEMOS  ALGUNAS REGLAS.

1. We will attempt to maintain privacy by not entering to your room until you have checked out unless there is an emergency. If you need any supplies such as soap, clean towels, toilet tissue, etc., just let us know.

   • MANTENDREMOS SU PRIVACIDAD HASTA QUE HAYA DESOCUPADO SU HABITACIÓN O EN CASO DE EMERGENCIA.  SI USTED REQUIERE ARTÍCULOS TALES COMO JABÓN, TOALLAS LIMPIAS, PAPEL SANITARIO, ETC. HÁGANOSLO SABER.

2. Please try to keep track of your keys.  The lost key charge is $35.00.

   • POR FAVOR MANTENGA SUS LLAVES EN CUSTODIA. EL COSTO POR EL EXTRAVIÓ DE ELLAS ES DE $35.00 USD.

3. For those units with kitchens, the check out maid service does not include kitchen cleanup.  If your kitchen is not left as clean as you found it upon arrival, a charge of $25.00 will be placed on your credit card.

   •  PARA LAS HABITACIONES CON COCINA, EL SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA EN LA COCINA NO ESTA INCLUIDO.  SI LA COCINA NO SE DEJA TAL COMO SE RECIBIÓ, HABRÁ UN CARGO A SU TARJETA DE CRÉDITO POR $25.00USD.

4. PLEASE, the bathroom towels are for the bathroom only. We have provided beach towels for the pool and a third set of towels for the river/Schlitterbahn or other off-premises activities.  We have provided drying racks for use on the porches for wet suits and towels. Do not hang towels on railings.

   •    POR FAVOR, LAS TOALLAS PARA ASEO PERSONAL SON EXCLUSIVAS.  PROVEEMOS TOALLAS DE PLAYA PARA LA ALBERCA Y UN TERCER JUEGO DE TOALLAS PARA ACTIVIDADES FUERA DE NUESTRO NEGOCIO TALES COMO EL PASEO AL RÍO/SCHLITTERBAHN.  LAS HABITACIONES TIENEN ESTANTES PARA SECAR LAS TOALLAS UTILÍCELOS EN EL EXTERIOR, NO USE EL MOBILIARIO PARA ELLO.

5. NO GLASS in the pool area.  This is for everyone's safety! We have provided plastic glasses or paper cups in each room.

   • EVITE ARTÍCULOS DE CRISTAL EN EL ÁREA DE LA ALBERCA.   ES POR LA SEGURIDAD DE TODOS!   OFRECEMOS VASOS DE PLÁSTICO O TAZAS DE PAPEL EN CADA HABITACIÓN.

6. The kitchen in the center of the log schoolhouse is for breakfast preparation.  Please only enter if you need to use the phone or have prior permission.

   • LA COCINA CENTRAL EN EL EDIFICIO DEL  “LOG SCHOOLHOUSE” ES UTILIZADA SOLAMENTE PARA PREPARAR EL DESAYUNO.  POR FAVOR SOLAMENTE ENTRE SI REQUIERE UTILIZAR EL TELÉFONO O SI TIENE PREVIO PERMISO

7. Let us know if you want the hot tub and it is not on.  It is complicated to run. therefore the controls are behind lock.  It takes 20 minutes to heat up.

   • CUANDO ESTÉ APAGADA LA ALBERCA DE AGUA TERMAL INFÓRMENOS ANTES DE UTILIZARLA.  EL USO DE LOS CONTROLES ES COMPLICADO, ES POR ESO QUE ESTÁN BAJO LLAVE. TOMA CERCA DE 20 MINUTOS ANTES DE ALCANZAR LA TEMPERATURA SELECCIONADA.

8. This is a non-smoking facility. Please only smoke outside

   • ESTE ES UN NEGOCIO DONDE PROHIBIMOS FUMAR.  POR FAVOR, SÓLO FUME EN EL EXTERIOR DE LA HABITACIÓN.

9. Our checkout time is 11:00AM . Late checkouts will be charged $10.00 per ½ hour.

   • NUESTRA HORA LÍMITE PARA DEJAR LA HABITACIÓN SON LAS 11:00AM.  DEJAR LA HABITACIÓN DESPUÉS DEL HORARIO SERÁ CARGADO A RAZÓN DE $10.00USD CADA ½ HORA.

10. Our toilets are low flush.  Please use toilet tissue sparingly to avoid overflows.

    • EL SERVICIO SANITARIO ES DE BAJA PRESIÓN.  POR FAVOR UTILICE MODERADAMENTE EL PAPEL SANITARIO PARA EVITAR DERRAMAMIENTOS.

11. Our facilities are for registered guest only.  Day visitors may be accommodated at a rate of $15.00 per person per day with prior permission of the owners.  This may be granted depending on the occupancy of the facility

    • NUESTRAS INSTALACIONES SON DEL USO EXCLUSIVO DE LOS HUÉSPEDES.  SUS INVITADOS PUEDEN SER ACEPTADOS CON UN CARGO DE $15.00USD POR PERSONA CON PREVIA AUTORIZACIÓN DE LOS DUEÑOS.  AÚN ASÍ DEPENDERÁ DE LA OCUPACIÓN.
